¿Cómo están el día de hoy? Pero muy bien y muy feliz estar otra vez por esta comunidad para comentarles que hace poco uno de mis restaurantes favoritos tuvo una remodelación y con ello trajo muchos cambios de los cuales me gustaría hablar. Estos cambios son tanto a nivel de la infraestructura como de la comida; por ende, me gustaría comentar algunas cosas. Sin más, quiero platicarles de estas cosas y mostrarles algunas fotos que pude tomar.

But very well and very happy to be back in this community to tell you that recently one of my favorite restaurants had a remodeling and with it brought many changes that I would like to talk about. These changes are both at the level of infrastructure and food; therefore, I would like to comment on some things. Without further ado, I would like to tell you about these things and show you some pictures I was able to take.

Este restaurante desde hace mucho tiempo es uno de mis favoritos gracias a la increíble comida china Y tú pones que sirven de todo estilo, desde increíble arroz chino y mucha comida por estilo hasta los sushis mejor preparados de la ciudad. Hace un tiempo cerraron sus puertas, ya que estaban haciendo unas remodelaciones para ofrecer un mejor servicio al público, por lo que estuvimos sin ver absolutamente nada un buen tiempo, pero se supo qué pasó; pudimos saber qué era lo que estaba pasando aquí.
This restaurant has been one of my favorites for a long time thanks to the incredible Y tu pones Chinese food they serve in every style, from incredible Chinese rice and lots of food by style to the best prepared sushi in town. A while ago they closed their doors, as they were doing some remodeling to offer a better service to the public, so we were without seeing absolutely nothing for quite a while, but it was known what happened; we were able to know what was going on here.
para contar un poco, hicieron una expansión bastante grande y colocaron muchísimas más mesas y lugares para poder soportar la vasta cantidad de clientes que han tenido últimamente después de su gran crecimiento.
It should be documented that they made a big expansion and placed many more tables and places to be able to support the vast amount of customers they have had lately after their great growth.
Otro punto muy importante a comentar es que las recetas de las comidas han cambiado un poco. Y en esta ocasión yo fui con una amiga y decidimos pedir un arroz chino y unos pollitos agridulces, los cuales yo ya había probado muchas veces, pero en esta ocasión cambiaron un poco la receta dando pequeños cambios importantes. Logré percatarme de que agregaron algunos ingredientes nuevos, los cuales no me parecieron nada malos, bastante ricos y que sin duda le dieron ese plus a la comida que tanto le hacía falta. Sin duda, siento que cada vez que remodelan y hacen cosas nuevas, avanzan a una mejoría absoluta, lo cual me encanta y lo vuelve sin duda mi restaurante favorito.
Another very important point to comment is that the food recipes have changed a bit. On this occasion I went with a friend and we decided to order Chinese rice and sweet and sour chicks, which I had already tried many times, but this time they changed the recipe a little, making some important changes. I noticed that they added some new ingredients, which I didn't think were bad at all, quite tasty and certainly gave the food that much needed plus. Without a doubt, I feel that every time they remodel and do new things, they advance to an absolute improvement, which I love and makes it without a doubt my favorite restaurant.
No logré tomar muchas fotos, pero debía tomar algunas fotos del increíble exterior. En esta ocasión decidieron cambiar el cartel tan icónico que tenían en la parte exterior y colocar uno más llamativo para el público, el cual sin duda fue un plus increíble; quedó superbién y contrasta muy bien con la temática del restaurante.
I didn't manage to take many pictures, but I had to take some pictures of the incredible exterior. This time they decided to change the iconic sign they had on the outside and put a more eye-catching one for the public, which without a doubt was an incredible plus; it looked great and contrasts very well with the theme of the restaurant.
Sin duda, todas estas actualizaciones y remodelaciones me encantaron y estoy emocionada de volver a ir. Sé que todo esto lo hicieron para mejorar la experiencia del consumidor y sin duda lo están logrando. Sobre percatarme de que también están haciendo algunas otras cosas nuevas, pero prefiero comentarlas más adelante cuando estén listas.
Without a doubt, I loved all these updates and remodeling and I'm excited to go again. I know they did all of this to improve the customer experience and they are certainly succeeding. I realize they are also doing some other new things, but I'd rather discuss them later when they are ready.
