Feliz martes para todos! Que tal estamos por aquí? En este hogar tuvimos un fin de semana largo y las ganas de comer algo dulce estuvieron presente! Por lo que busqué en mi cocina qué podía hacer porque en un inicio quería quesillo pero leche condensada no había, entonces solo hice un bizcocho sencillo, tenía mucho rato sin hacerlo así que me puse manos a la obra, que pasa? Yo generalmente hago los dulces al ojo por ciento con un aproximado y resultó bastante bien.

Vamos a colocar 4 cucharadas grandes de mantequilla en una taza y le agregaremos 250 gr de azúcar, vamos a mezclar bien en mi caso me gusta hacerlo a mano y utilizo un tenedor, luego de mezclar bien vamos agregar 4 huevos y volvemos a mezclar muy bien

Agregamos la esencia de vainilla, junto a la canela todo esto es al gusto de cada quien, para terminar agregando 250 gr de harina de trigo, un poco de leche y luego iremos agregando poco a poco más harina de trigo para obtener una mejor consistencia

Luego preparamos un molde con mantequilla y harina para luego colocar la mezcla de la torta, el horno debe de esta pre calentado a 180 grados y se llevara al menos 20 o 25 minutos en el horno para que este lista
