Lo primero que hice fue lavar muy bien la manzana, retire la concha, corté en pequeños cuadros; por otro lado en una taza coloqué dos huevos, 200ml de leche, 150 g de azúcar, mezclé muy bien, agregué una cucharadita de canela.
La manzana picada en trozos la coloqué en la ponqueseras y añadí la mezcla a cada uno, luego llevé a hornear a 180 grados por aproximadamente 45 minutos
