Mi mamá fue hace unos días para unas visitas médicas en Puerto Ordaz, y cuando venía de regreso aprovechó y compró en la carretera casabes, algunas otras cosas que vendían allí, entre ellas compró la naiboa y me trajo una porque ella sabe cuánto me gusta Jeje.

Es una combinación perfecta de estos tres ingredientes; el casabe no es duro, tampoco es muy blandito, queda algo así como húmedo y el queso rallado en el centro del postre hace un contraste perfecto con la panela.
