Ayer se celebró el día de el amor y la amistad y siempre en la iglesia se realizan actividades alusivas a ese día; en esta oportunidad preparamos unas pequeñas tortas y unos cupcakes los cuales decoramos de manera bastante sencilla alusivo a este día y lo utilizamos en distintas dinámicas como premios a los participantes, les muestro la preparación de estas tortas y cupcakes
Yesterday was Valentine's Day, and the church always organizes activities to celebrate this day. On this occasion, we prepared some small cakes and cupcakes, which we decorated in a simple way to reflect the theme of the day. We used them in different activities as prizes for the participants. Here's how we made these cakes and cupcakes.
utilicé 1 kilo de harina,1 kilo y medio de azúcar, 12 huevos, 1 litro de leche, medio kilo de mantequilla y con eso preparé tres tortas de 250 gr cada una y salieron 15 cupcakes .
Llevé el azúcar y la mantequilla a una taza, con la ayuda de la batidora los mezclé luego fui incorporando los huevos, la leche, la harina y finalmente un poco de esencia de chocolate y esta misma mezcla la distribuí en los moldes.
Primero horneé las tres tortas y luego los cupcakes, una vez que estuvieron listo y hubieron reposado una vecina me ayudó a preparar el glaseado con el cual se iban a decorar, se cubrieron todas de blanco y se le hicieron pequeños detalles con color rosado
I used 1 kilo of flour, 1.5 kilos of sugar, 12 eggs, 1 liter of milk, half a kilo of butter, and with that I made three cakes weighing 250 grams each, which yielded 15 cupcakes.
I put the sugar and butter in a bowl and mixed them with a mixer, then added the eggs, milk, flour, and finally a little chocolate essence. I distributed this mixture into the molds.
First, I baked the three cakes and then the cupcakes. Once they were ready and had cooled, a neighbor helped me prepare the frosting to decorate them. They were all covered in white frosting with small pink details.
Finalmente recorte unos corazones de foami, los pegué a unos palillos y lo coloqué como detalle en las tortas.
Esta mañana en la iglesia realizamos varias dinámicas y distribuimos estas creaciones entre los participantes, quedaron bastante sencillas pero realmente deliciosa y pasamos un rato agradable en la iglesia.
