Hola #hivers, hoy ando celebrando que, por fin luego de casi tres años de mis andares por esta red, recién ayer recibí la notificación de que ¡había cambiado de nivel en Hive 🎉!
¿Por qué tan tarde?
Yo ingresé a esta red el 2 de septiembre de 2022,
¡Hace casi tres años ya!
de manera que, recién haber alcanzado el segundo nivel que otorga la red a sus interactuantes está lejos de ser un record de eficiencia, eso lo tengo claro. Pero todos tenemos nuestros propios procesos y el mío ha sido "irregular".
Yo ingresé a la red por mi propia cuenta, por decirlo de alguna manera, en el sentido de que no tuve un mentor o una comunidad que me orientara sobre el funcionamiento y las costumbres de la red. Eso me costó varios retrasos y reducción en la eficiencia de mis primeras publicaciones y demás. Tanto así que me tomó casi dos semanas desde que obtuve mi cuenta hasta que logré comprender las bases de como publicar.
Por otro lado, los que me conocen y han seguido algunas de mis publicaciónes sabrán que mi participación ha sido muy irregular, por razones laborales hay varias etapas del año en las que el trabajo no me deja tiempo o energía para poder publicar. Esto último es muy nocivo para el desempeño en la red, al no mantener constancia es muy dificil que las personas se involucren con el contenido que generas y eso inevitablemente afecta la efectividad del trabajo. Pero desgraciadamente no he encontrado una alternativa para resolver ese problema.
Honor a quien honor merece
Si bien mi camino en esta red no ha sido el más estable, tengo que reconocer, por otra parte, que no han faltado buenos samaritanos que me han ayudado mucho. Creo que esta es una muy buena oportunidad para agradecer a todos los que me han ayudado en este camino, iniciando por

Why so late?

So, having just reached the second level that the network grants its active users is far from an efficiency record—I’m fully aware of that. But everyone has their own process, and mine has been "inconsistent".
I joined the network on my own, so to speak, meaning I didn’t have a mentor or a community to guide me on how the platform works or its customs. That led to several delays and reduced efficiency in my early posts and interactions. In fact, it took me nearly two weeks after creating my account just to grasp the basics of how to publish.
On top of that, those who know me and have followed some of my posts will know my participation has been highly irregular. Due to work demands, I often go weeks or even months without the time or energy to post. This last point is especially harmful for performance on the platform, without consistency, it’s hard for people to engage with your content, and that inevitably undermines effectiveness. Unfortunately, I haven’t found a way to solve that problem yet.
