En esta oportunidad les traigo mi participación en el RETO REDFISH RALLY 500 - ESTABLECIENDO OBJETIVOS	This time I bring you my participation in the REDFISH RALLY 500 CHALLENGE - SETTING GOALS

¿Porque es importante establecernos objetivos claros?	Why is it important to set clear goals?
Imagina por un momento que sales en tu auto a hacer algo muy importante, pero no sabes que es lo que debes hacer, ni donde, ni como, ni cuando hacerlo, entonces ¿cómo sabes hacia donde ir en tu auto?. Suena descabellado pero lamentablemente muchas personas van por la vida dejándose llevar de esta manera, tienen la noción que quieren hacer algo importante pero no tienen claro que es lo que desean, mucho menos como, ni cuando, ni donde hacerlo.	Imagine for a moment that you go out in your car to do something very important, but you don't know what to do, or where, or how, or when to do it, so how do you know where to go in your car? It sounds crazy but unfortunately many people go through life letting themselves be carried away in this way, they have the notion that they want to do something important but they are not clear about what they want, much less how, when, or where to do it.

¿Porque es importante establecernos objetivos claros?

Why is it important to set clear goals?

Imagina por un momento que sales en tu auto a hacer algo muy importante, pero no sabes que es lo que debes hacer, ni donde, ni como, ni cuando hacerlo, entonces ¿cómo sabes hacia donde ir en tu auto?. Suena descabellado pero lamentablemente muchas personas van por la vida dejándose llevar de esta manera, tienen la noción que quieren hacer algo importante pero no tienen claro que es lo que desean, mucho menos como, ni cuando, ni donde hacerlo.

Imagine for a moment that you go out in your car to do something very important, but you don't know what to do, or where, or how, or when to do it, so how do you know where to go in your car? It sounds crazy but unfortunately many people go through life letting themselves be carried away in this way, they have the notion that they want to do something important but they are not clear about what they want, much less how, when, or where to do it.

Establecer un objetivo es saber exactamente que es aquello que quieres lograr.	Setting a goal is knowing exactly what you want to achieve.
Pero no basta con solo "saber exactamente lo que quieres", también debes saber cómo lograrlo, es decir establecer un plan de acciones que te llevaran a alcanzar tu objetivo.	But it is not enough to just "know exactly what you want", you must also know how to achieve it, that is, establish an action plan that will lead you to achieve your goal.
Los objetivos pueden establecerse a largo plazo generalmente a más de 10 años. Mediano plazo de 3 a 5 años y corto plazo que pueden ir de días, semanas o meses hasta a 2 años.	Goals can be established in the long term, generally more than 10 years. Medium term from 3 to 5 years and short term that can range from days, weeks or months up to 2 years.

Establecer objetivos claros es de vital importancia ya que esto nos permite organizarnos y saber exactamente qué acciones debemos realizar, permite enfocar nuestra atención y nuestros esfuerzos. Nos permite además medir nuestros avances y logros y hacer modificaciones de ser necesario.	Establishing clear objectives is of vital importance since this allows us to organize ourselves and know exactly what actions we should do, it allows us to focus our attention and our efforts. It also allows us to measure our progress and achievements to make modifications if necessary.

Conocí la plataforma de Steem y abrí mi cuenta en el año 2018 por medio de algunos videos que vi en youtube acerca de cómo ganar dinero por internet. En ese tiempo realmente no tenía idea de cómo manejarla así que solo me limitaba a leer y votar algunos artículos que me llamaron la atención hasta que finalmente la abandone por casi dos años. Actualmente estoy más activo en Hive donde he estado trabajando por alrededor de un mes, conociendo poco a poco su funcionamiento, y haciendo nuevas amistades.	I knew about the Steem platform and opened my account in 2018 through some videos that I saw on youtube about how to make money online. At that time I really had no idea how to handle it so I just limited myself to reading and voting some articles that caught my attention until I finally abandoned it for almost two years. Currently I am more active in Hive where I have been working for about a month, gradually learning about how it works, and making new friends.

Evalúe su nivel actual en Steem (cuánto SP) o Hive (cuánto HP) y establezca un objetivo realista de qué nivel desea alcanzar y cuándo es su fecha objetivo.	Assess your current level on Steem (how much SP) or Hive (how much HP) and set a realistic goal of what level you want to achieve and when your target date is.
Cuando inicie mi participación en el reto mi HP era de 0 HIVE, actualmente en mi HP es de 8.219. Con un poder de voto recursos al 100% mis votos de curación valen 0.001 dólares. Pienso que un objetivo realista sería poder alcanzar los 30 HP dentro de los próximos 50 días.	When I started participating in the challenge my HP was 0 HIVE, currently my HP is 8.219. With a voting power and resources at 100% my curation votes are worth 0.001 dollars. I think a realistic goal would be to be able to reach 30 HP within the next 50 days.

¿Qué aprendiste al participar en el Rally Redfish 500 y cómo te ayudó a alcanzar tu objetivo?	What did you learn by participating in the Redfish 500 Rally, and how did it assist you toward achieving your goal?
Participar en el Rally Redfish 500 ha sido una experiencia de crecimiento y sobre todo de mucho aprendizaje. Cuando comencé a hacer mis primeros post me resultaban difíciles y me tomaban mucho tiempo, ya que eran muchas cosas a la vez, aprender el markdown, centrar las letras, justificarlas, etc. Pero con la práctica llega a ser bastante rápido. Hoy considero que he aprendido bastante ya que cada vez hago post de mucha mejor calidad y con mucha mayor facilidad. Sin duda participar en el REDFISH RALLY me ha ayudado a mejorar en todos y cada uno de dichos aspectos.	Participating in the Redfish 500 Rally has been a growth experience and above all a lot of learning. When I started making my first posts, they were difficult and took me a long time, since they were many things at the same time, learning the markdown, centering the letters, justifying them, etc. But with practice it becomes quite fast. Participar en el Rally Redfish 500 ha sido una experiencia de crecimiento y sobre todo de mucho aprendizaje. Cuando comencé a hacer mis primeros post me resultaban difíciles y me tomaban mucho tiempo, ya que eran muchas cosas a la vez, aprender el markdown, centrar las letras, justificarlas, etc. Pero con la práctica llega a ser bastante rápido. Hoy considero que he aprendido bastante ya que cada vez hago post de mucha mejor calidad y con mucha mayor facilidad. Sin duda participar en el REDFISH RALLY me ha ayudado a mejorar en todos y cada uno de dichos aspectos.

Participating in the Redfish 500 Rally has been a growth experience and above all a lot of learning. When I started making my first posts, they were difficult and took me a long time, since they were many things at the same time, learning the markdown, centering the letters, justifying them, etc. But with practice it becomes quite fast.
