No había querido incluirme en la participación de consursos ofrecidos por las distintas comunidades que hacen vida en Hive, porque dentro de mi proceso de aprendizaje y comprension de la plataforma pensaba que no era aún mi momento, sin embargo, esta comunidad propone este rally y por conversaciones entre amigos que me motivaron, pues simplemente acá estoy.
Nunca he sido amante de las competiciones ni esas actividades, pero cada dia observo que este rally más que el aspecto competitivo me está aportando un cúmulo de conocimientos y experiencias que son gratificantes.
Desde el primer día aprendí a interactuar con personas de otros idiomas a través del traductor que ofrece la comunidad, conoci nuevas personas muy valiosas, estoy fortaleciendo las amistades que ya he podido hacer y este primer reto me ha dado unos consejos aplicables a mi mejora y crecimiento como creadora de contenido. Hello, thank you for accompanying me on this new journey I am starting, a new route where I am participating in the rally 500 of the community The Therminal.
I had not wanted to include myself in the participation of contests offered by the different communities that make life in Hive, because within my process of learning and understanding of the platform I thought that it was not yet my time, however, this community proposes this rally and by conversations between friends who motivated me, because simply here I am.
I have never been a lover of competitions or such activities, but every day I see that this rally more than the competitive aspect is bringing me a wealth of knowledge and experiences that are rewarding.
From the first day I learned to interact with people from other languages through the translator offered by the community, I met new people very valuable, I am strengthening the friendships that I have already been able to make and this first challenge has given me some tips applicable to my improvement and growth as a content creator. Consejos o Reglas/ Tips or Rules

Entre los consejos que proponen, todos me parecen relevantes,en la lectura de los mismos conocí nuevas herramientas como Pinmaple,acerca de los tokens y confirme información ya aplicada pero no tan valorada por mi.

Among the tips they propose, all of them seem relevant to me. While reading them, I learned about new tools like Pinmaple, about tokens and confirmed information already applied but not so valued by me.
Para los fines de este reto, quisiera compartir con ustedes mi visión de algunos de estas reglas/ For the purposes of this challenge, I would like to share with you my vision of some of these rules:
La lectura o el acto de leer, resulta la base para la comprensión de las actividades propuestas. Sin leer, podemos malgastar tiempo y recursos al elaborar un contenido equivocado a lo que se requiere en el desafio o si es aplicable a la cotidianidad, podemos cometer errores de forma o fondo respecto a lo que deseamos publicar. Independientemente del dispositivo que utilicemos, lo importante es que la claridad de los retos la obtendremos al leer con calma y detenimiento lo que se nos plantea. En mi caso, ademas de la lectura repetitiva, tomo notas y realizo un proceso de análisis. Recordemos que cada quien tiene formas de aprendizaje diferentes.
Reading, or the act of reading, is the basis for understanding the proposed activities. Without reading, we can waste time and resources by elaborating a content that is wrong to what is required in the challenge or if it is applicable to everyday life, we can make mistakes in form or substance with respect to what we want to publish. Regardless of the device we use, the important thing is that we will obtain clarity in the challenges by reading calmly and carefully what is presented to us. In my case, in addition to repetitive reading, I take notes and carry out a process of analysis. Let us remember that everyone has different ways of learning.
Hacer Comunidad, es algo que aprendi al entrar en Hive, interactuar, socializar, darnos a conocer es clave para que observen y valoren nuestro trabajo, en especial me encanta The Therminal por el apoyo que damos al apoyar a otros integrantes de la misma, antes de publicar nuestros post. Asi todos nos damos la mano, y nos encontramos. Asimismo, en este proceso de interrelacionarnos, te van valorando. Asi fue como aceptaron mi solicitud de participación al Rally Redfish, ya que valoraron que procuro hacer vida en este espacio social.Gracias por tomarme en cuenta.
Doing Community, is something I learned when I entered Hive, interact, socialize, make us known is key to observe and value our work, especially I love The Therminal for the support we give by supporting other members of the same, before publishing our posts. This way we all shake hands, and we find each other. Also, in this process of interrelating, you are valued. This is how they accepted my application to participate in the Redfish Rally, since they valued that I try to make life in this social space.
Buenos y Malos Blogs. Estepunto me dio una gran lección, y ahora aprecio lo importante que es responder los comentarios que nos hacen en los post, confieso que poco lo hacía y por medio destos cobsejos es que pude hacer consciente el error que estaba cometiendo, porque es verdad hay que ser agradecidos con aquella persona que con gusto te visito y comento tu post. Asi que de ahora en adelante es algo personalmente a tomar muy en cuenta para que los post que realice no figuren entre los malos.
Tener un buen post implica cuidar la gramática, la ortografía, su estética y su contenido, considero que no es escribir por llenar espacios sino que el esfuerzo realizado pueda ser util para alguien más.
Good and Bad Blogs. This point gave me a great lesson, and now I appreciate how important it is to respond to the comments that we make in the posts, I confess that little I did and through these tips is that I could make aware of the mistake I was making, because it is true that we must be grateful to that person who gladly visited you and commented your post. So from now on it's something to take into account personally so that the posts I make don't figure among the bad ones.
Having a good post implies taking care of grammar, spelling, aesthetics and content. I believe that writing is not about filling in gaps, but that the effort made can be useful for someone else.
