Libellago aurantiaca is a large damselfly belonging to the family Chlorocyphidae which is mostly found in Southeast Asia. This species generally inhabits bushes close to rocky rivers. Some time ago, I found this damselfly in the forest area of Bukit Barisan, Sumatra. L. aurantiaca is relatively more docile than other damselfly genera. In just under five minutes, I finished shooting this orange-nosed damselfly from different angles.
