Here I share some macro shots. These were taken in my yard one morning. There, I noticed a jumping spider appearing on the leaves.
I have often been wrong in recognizing this species in the past. I thought this was Telamonia dimiata, or the two-striped jumping spider. Then I searched for comparisons again by looking at Google Images and concluded that this one is the species Epocilla aurantiaca, or the painted face orange jumper. One more thing, this is a male jumping spider. As for the female, until now I have never been documented. Maybe someday...
