AN INSECT, a type of beetle called the oriental hornet, lands on a leaf. I followed him from behind. Tilt slowly, trying to keep the hornet from flying away just because it feels like it's being harassed by me. I didn't mean to bother him either, except I just wanted to capture his style in a few photos.
Lucky. This animal is quite tame too apparently. He wasn't bothered by my presence at all. Until a distance of a few centimeters, when I direct the eye of the macro camera lens at him, he remains relaxed, and my intention to photograph his movements is carried out well even though the results of the photos are not exactly perfect.
