The koksi beetle is a small animal belonging to the order Coleoptera. They are easily recognized because of their small circular appearance and colorful backs and in some types are mottled. In Western countries, this animal is known as a ladybird or ladybug. [1] Ordinary people call the koksi beetle a ladybug, because of its size and hard shield, but this beetle is not from the ladybug nation at all (Hemiptera). These insects are known as farmers' friends because some of their members prey on insect pests such as aphids.
