I start to think that the smaller the butterfly is, the harder it is to shoot. And not because it is smaller. But because they are get spooked so easily and just keep flying and moving around. I see the bigger ones on flowers around and they seem so slow and lazy comparing to this one.
I spent good half an hour looking like a crazy person trying to shoot this Small Blue Butterfly that was feeding on our raspberry flowers. He wasn't interested in any other blooms around. I guess those are his favourite.
The wings look like the have lace on the edges. Stripy antennas and big black eyes. Adorable creature!
It was checking flower after flower often coming back to the same one. But almost constantly on the move!
Sometimes trying to be less visible...
And the it flew off.
For good this time.
Bonus shot with a photo bomber :)
