Tiny little grasshoper on yellow flower

On one of the new places I scouted yesterday I found a very tiny grasshopper sitting on a yellow flower. I was very lucky to find it since it is literally only milimeters in size. But the green color on the yellow flower helped a bit to easier see it. When I saw it I carefully got closer with my macro lens very slow since I didn't want to scare it away, and I succeeded in taking some pictures but left the spot very early afterwards because some bicycle drivers where already looking what I was doing on the ground for such a long time. It was a sandy place right near the river and since it could be also an interesting habitat to other insects I took a careful look on the surrounding but beside some ants I couldn't find any other insect like this grasshopper.

Since some insects like this grasshopper are really small I sometimes wish I had a better lens with a greater magnification. And then I really need to learn a bit more about macro photography and some techniques that improove my picture quality in this type of photography. I hope a friend can help me with this.
