Greetings to the fascinating insect community and welcome to another edition of the community's curation report. Before diving into the list of curated posts for this edition, I would like to comment on some of my observations in the community since I started curating:
The need for improved engagement
While a few authors are making genuine efforts to engage within the community, several authors seem contented with just posting and waiting to be engaged before responding to comments while others do not engage at all within the community. Remember that a community is a community because of the people in it. If we do not engage each other, a key component of the community is lost and this will not help us to develop in the long run. I will implore everyone to try and up their engagement in order to make the community more lively.Inactive Discord
I gained access to the FI's Discord server a few days ago and everywhere seem deserted with only a handful of messages as old as days. For a community with such a active number of posters on the chain, one would accept a more active Discord server where visitors can pop-in and get their questions about the community answered. The onus is on everyone to make the Discord server more active. Those that are yet to be in the server can join here
Having said all these, below are the curated post between 20th and 22nd of March 2021.
