Buno frog (scientific name: Bufo melanostictus, recently renamed Duttaphrynus melanostictus) (English: Asian Common Toad) is a well-known frog of the genus Bufo (Bufo) belonging to the family Bufonidae (Bufonidae). Apart from India and Bangladesh, the species is found in most countries of South, East and Southeast Asia. They can be seen everywhere in the house.
Temperament and habitat,
A kunobang/ forg/ Asian common Toda is an animal that can sleep for six months straight. They usually go out at night. During the day they live in the corner of the house or in the gaps in the walls or in the holes in the ground. That is why they are called kuno frogs. These are vertebrates. They usually feed on insects. They have many small spots like Achilles on their body. With the help of these they can be easily recognized. In winter, they go into hibernation. They usually weigh 15-20 grams.
Reproduction,
The rainy season is their breeding season. When it starts to rain, they start looking for their mate. Then the male frog has intercourse with the female frog. Their external fertilization takes place i.e. sperm and ovum meet outside the body. The female frog lays about 30,000 eggs.

I. U.S. C. N. This species has been declared Least Concern or Least Concern.
