Hi Hive Lovers
I'm attracted to them again like in my childhood. I used to play millipede racing with my friends, but not a real race.
There are two games that we often play with millipedes.
First, the game "the millipede race who unrolls first?"
Each of us chose a millipede. You know, they'll roll up right away if we touch them. Each of us prayed, hoping that our chosen millipede would open the scroll first. No one can guess which millipede will open up first. We took turns being the winner.
Second, the game "counting the number of feet of a millipede".
None of us has ever been a winner.
We can never finish this game. Their tiny feet are always moving and too small to count.
Today when I see this tiny exotic animal, I remember the game from 30 years ago. Especially in the second game of my childhood.
I'm not going to try to count the number of legs from millipedes anymore. It's not really something that isn't worth trying.
Here are some of their sightings;
Never found a single reference that states the number of their legs is a thousand, right?
Calling it a "millipede" is simply our ignorance of something we can't really count. When we see something that is many and impossible to count, we immediately call it "something a thousand", because a thousand is a lot.
What do you think?
