Greetings to all, I hope all my friends are in good health, this morning I wanted to clean the very tall grass in my garden because it had not been cleaned for a long time.
Suddenly I saw a very beautiful insect that I had never seen in my place.
This wasp is red after I searched on google for an explanation from English Cosmosoma miradora is a red-black wasp moth from the subfamily Arctinae.
This insect is found in the United States, Florida and from South Carolina, Texas.
Its habitat consists of plains and beaches, has a wingspan of 30-35 mm and has two antennae above its head to detect danger.
This insect is very dangerous, if it is threatened it will have a bad impact but this is very rare.
black red wasps also suck honey and help pollinate pollen on plants and also eat other insects such as caterpillars, flies, small grasshoppers. The black red wasp lives alone, does not colonize, unlike the Vespa wasp which is colonized or around.
red wasps have a long stomach and also on the buttocks have needles to sting their prey while the head is almost the same as the vespa wasp.
The picture that I share is taken with an old Siaomi cellphone camera and this is the result.
See you and thank you.
