Good evening and have fun with your respective activities, so tonight I want to share a picture of an insect object that I found a few days ago.
In my area, this insect is called a dragonfly or its scientific name is Pseudagrion. On the other hand, this dragonfly has a species that is very similar to it, namely the needle dragonfly, but the difference between the two types is that the needle dragonfly has wings that are not transparent, while this dragonfly has transparent wings. This dragonfly often does its activities on green leaves. In contrast to the needle dragonfly, dragonflies often do their activities around river flows. This dragonfly is very small and very difficult to see in the bushes because its body shape is small and its color is almost the same as the green environment around it.
In my picture, this dragonfly is a male type of dragonfly, the difference between males and females is only in the color, for the female this dragonfly is blue. The way they reproduce is almost the same as dragonflies, namely by touching their tails together. This dragonfly often preys on small insects, therefore this dragonfly also has predatory characteristics. Following are some pictures.
These dragonflies can fly more slowly than dragonflies, so this species of dragonfly chooses to prey on small insects attached to leaves. In fact, with the presence of these dragonflies, humans have a significant advantage over them because this species of dragonfly can benefit as many people as this species of dragonfly eats some pests on certain plants.
This insect is classified as a type of needle dragonfly, in my environment people often call it just a dragonfly because for ordinary people they don't see it in a scientific way, therefore they often just call it a dragonfly, including I also often call it a dragonfly and that may be an influence. From the environment around me even though if you look closely and pay attention they are not at all similar. Maybe it's not only my area that has that name, in other areas they might just use the name dragonfly because they don't know much about this insect.
OK, friends, that's all I can say on this occasion, hopefully it's useful, thank you and see you.
