Saludos amigos de HIVE, el dia de hoy les compartiré unas imágenes de una araña lobo que estaba dentro de mi casa la noche de ayer.
Greetings friends of HIVE, today I will share some images of a wolf spider that was inside my house last night.
Este ejemplar que observé tiene aproximadamente unos 5 centímetros y vive en sitios calidos y arenosos, en este caso nos encontramos en los llanos centrales de Venezuela, que la cual coincide con el clima de hábitat.
This specimen that I observed is approximately 5 centimeters long and lives in warm and sandy places, in this case we are in the central plains of Venezuela, which coincides with the habitat climate.
Esta variedad de araña, se alimentan especialmente de otros insectos como grillos y polillas la cual que su forma de obtener su comida es por medio de la caza por persecución y no por sus redes de tela de araña.
This variety of spider, especially feed on other insects such as crickets and moths which their way of obtaining their food is through hunting by pursuit and not by their spider web nets.
El promedio de vida de estos arácnido, es de casi dos años el macho y la hembra un promedio de tres a cuatro años de vida.
