Stefon Diggs cracks my top five receivers! He's labeled at 6 feet tall, but he seems even bigger than that when he's performing on the field. Stefon is a tough, gritty, explosive type of receiver. Well rounded and extremely productive and consistent.
It surprised me to learn that Stefon did not earn any awards until joining the Bills in 2020. Don't let that fool you, this guy has been putting up numbers since his rookie season in 2015 in Minnesota.
Stefon was a big part of the Vikings offense for five seasons, 2015-2019, and he succeeded even with a revolving door at QB and was a huge reason why the Vikings were often relevant during those years. He was on the team when the Vikings had Bridgewater, Bradford, Keenum AND Cousins.
Stefon joined the Bills in 2020 and he's leveled up in many ways in his three seasons in Buffalo. Joining up with my #3 ranked QB in Josh Allen only helps as well. Diggs put up a career high 1,500 yards in his first season as a Bill, and was named a First-Team All-Pro and a Pro Bowler for the first time.
In 2023, Diggs now has been named a Pro Bowler in three consecutive seasons and was a Second-Team All-Pro in 2022.
Dating back to his days as a Viking, Diggs has put up 1,000 yard seasons since 2018, five consecutive seasons.
Diggs has grown on me over the years, he has his typical receiver 'I need the ball NOW' moments, but as a whole I like his competitiveness and skill as a player.
