Leicester City retain an interest in Lille striker Victor Osimhen but fear he could be tempted by a move to Italy.
Osimhen has attracted interest from Brendan Rodgers' scouts as well as Chelsea, Manchester United and Everton this season.
However, cash-conscious Lille are demanding around £60million for the 21-year-old Nigeria international while he also has strong interest from Italian sides Juventus and Inter Milan with the latter fearing they will lose Lautaro Martinez to Barcelona.
Nigeria manager Gernot Rohr has predicted a bright future for Victor Osimhen who was having a banner season for Lille before sporting activities were halted in France.
The German football tactician revealed that the fact that European clubs are keeping tabs on Osimhen is proof of the progress the striker has made over the past few seasons.
Osimhen has scored 13 goals for Lille in 2,289 minutes of action, that's a goal every 176 minutes, and he's the fourth highest goal scorer in the Ligue 1, level with Brazil superstar Neymar, but behind Ben Yedder, Mbappe and Dembele.
