The German Interior Ministry refused to comment on the demands of Hans Flick, Bayern Munich's coach, regarding developing a strategy for sports activity, in light of the Corona pandemic.
Flick had called on politicians and experts to meet, to prepare a strategy that would put a light at the end of the tunnel for sporting activity, which suffers from travel restrictions and mass absence.
"Everyone in the sports sector, especially professional sports, is aware that they are playing a role model, so there is no need to be reminded of this," said Steve Alter, spokesman for the Interior Ministry (responsible for sports activities in Germany).
Al-Walter refused to comment on Flick's statements, referring to the large number of statements issued at the present time on the issue of Corona, and said that the matter will extend beyond the limit, if the ministry evaluates each statement.
Walter only said: "There is no rule prohibiting leaving the country in any way," and added that the rules in force at the present time relate to re-entry to the country, from the dangerous foci of Corona.
