Hello everyone welcome to my blog i wish each and everyone the best in all their endeavor . Today i have a great time as i watch ladies playing handball and it was so fun to watch.
As a lover of sport and a sport person seeing your other gender doing something you like is always fun to watch.
Today i went to my former school because normally today is Wednesday and we always train Saturday and Wednesday, last week Saturday i spent my day playing volleyball 🏐 which i posted here in my previous post.

Yes I'm a lover of sport but then it been years i play handball and I'm not too good at it but then seeing people playing it is so much fun especially ladies 😁.
The game started by dividing them into two team , team A and team B. meanwhile before anything they checked their nails if it needs to be cut or not and since it is a contact game all this is necessary. Without this they might got themselves injured.
They starts the game with a throw-off, while a player will stand at the center line and throws and the balls to a teammates and move to the opponent court.
The game lasted for 30 minutes for two halves while team B won with 4points.
Watching the ladies i could see alot of fitness and endurance training in them, it is so nice seeing ladies doing great in sports.
