This superset is supposed to be called a general shoulder superset but I'm setting for "side delts" alone because I'm trying to not be greedy 😅.
And if everything I said there sounds foreign to you, the following should help:
Superset = a mixture of two or more exercises where you do one exercise and switch to another immediately after.
Side Delts = the middle part of your shoulders rather than your entire shoulder.
