So if UEFA come up with an urgent law, it's just left for the club to obey it or not because it would definitely be optional. So i mean is that if UEFA ask a football club or football clubs not to do a certain thing while the match is going on but the Law isn't among the law that bind UEFA and the European clubs, it is left for the club to obey it. UEFA commanded all clubs not to sing national Anthem during their matches, some clubs obey while some didn't obey. Chelsea and Manchester City played in the weekdays and they didn't sing national Anthem, but Rangers insisted that they would sing national Anthem, not even their national Anthem but the England National Anthem.
Rangers bend the law, the fans sing National Anthem but UEFA said they won't be punished because there is no law that abide with not singing the national Anthem in the UEFA law. Chelsea and Manchester City that played should have bend the law as well, they should have sing national Anthem if they know that there won't be punishment for it, it's only Celtic that bue the dead Queen Elizabeth II that would be punished, the fans really shown that they didn't like the Queen at all and they shown it with different banners and of course UEFA should not ever tolerate that kind of things, even if they didn't like the Queen Elizabeth II, it shouldn't be shown to public, most especially while match that has to do with the whole Europe is going on.
Next time if UEFA introduce new law and other clubs playing UEFA competitions bend it, they would remind UEFA that Rangers wasn't punished for a law and that may bring problem because if such club is forced to pay for the penalty and they insist to pay, then there would be problem because the club may drive UEFA to the court then UEFA would now realise their mistake because it's a mistake for not punishing Rangers. English clubs too have hoodlums among them, it's just that they don't want their club to be penalised that's why they didn't sing national Anthem but now that those that bend the law wasn't punished, then their own may be a bad one and they would remind UEFA that they have leg some go unpunished.
Rangers FC really Love Queen Elizabeth II, they have his picture in their pitch tunnel, so they expressed their feelings for the Queen Elizabeth II and they have already told UEFA that they would sing the National Anthem. Rangers aren't scared to show how much they love Queen Elizabeth II and Celtic aren't scared to show the hatred that they have for Queen Elizabeth II but the English clubs are really scared to sing the song of their very own Country because they are scared to pay price, it's a shame Manchester City and Chelsea that played on the same day.
