Hi friends, there are many sports things that we know in today's world, where there are a variety of unique and challenging sports. This time I just want to share some stages for rock climbing sports enthusiasts. And before you do that, it's better to first learn the basics by reading and taking courses from the experts.
I'm one of the few sports lovers in the world who has a bit of a willpower but I have very little time, and besides writing my biggest hobby right now. And today I just wrote a few points for beginners in the sport of rock climbing.
Some points for beginners in the sport of rock climbing.
SOME BASIC WALL CLIMBING TECHNIQUES FOR BEGINNERS THAT MUST KNOW
Wall climbing is rock climbing classified as one of the extreme sports favored by many nature lovers. Not only indoor climbing, many climbers are also interested in reaching the tops of cliffs around the world famous, with steep. Considering that this activity is quite dangerous, it requires mental, physical and adequate preparation
Vertical sport activities always present the maximum risk to do. Therefore it takes mental readiness and equipment before doing this sport. But of course no less important is the knowledge and skills themselves that play a more important role when in the field.
Hooking
Hooking is a movement to lift the body with the legs to reduce the load in the hand area. In wall climbing there are 2 hooking techniques, namely heel hooks "the movement of forging the heel on a handle that is parallel to the upper body" and toe hooks, a movement that aims to keep the body parallel to the upper wall in an overhanging area.Chimneying
Chimneying is a wall climbing technique used when climbing wide vertical gaps. You do this by entering the body between the gaps, then back to one side of the wall/cliff. And one of the legs is pressed against the wall, while both hands pull the body up and support the weight with the help of both legs.Face Climbing
The most common mistake that beginner wall climbers make is to focus only on the handrails and hold them close to the wall. Even though this method will pose a risk of slipping because the hand is not strong enough to support it.Slab Climbing
This beginner wall climbing technique is quite simple because it only uses friction as a support on a rough and not so vertical wall surface to produce frictional forces. To practice the slab climbing technique, you need to wear shoes with good soles and maximum load on the feet to produce good friction.Jamming The next rock climbing technique for beginners is jamming. Jamming is done by inserting the toes(hands) in a not-too-large vertical wall gap so as to form a peg.
Bridging

Finally, there is bridging which is a basic wall climbing technique by climbing on large vertical gaps (gullies) using both hands and feet to hold on to the two gaps. In the bridging technique, the body is in an open position and the legs as a support to help maintain balance.
