My main reason for starting this fitness project is to keep fit, all work and no play they say makes jack a dull boy, but I assure you exercise ain't a play for Jack to joke with oh yes you heard me right, my experience on this project has enlighten me enough that exercise as a whole is capable of making you achieve something you don't believe u can achieve, name them jogging, sit-ups, running, skipping, push-ups, etc these exercises has each role they play in human body starting from body build-up, muscle build-up, keeping fit, maintaining shape, slimming down etc, but trust me it's not an easy task to tear up with, I will bring you up to speed about the encounter I had sometime last year on my early days quest to keeping fit, 6am promt am out to hit the road, having mapped out one hour of jogging as if it was a marathon I was to win a gold medal, smiles... After 20mins into this quest of jogging I mate a colleague jogging too and I joined him, without knowing that this young man has actually been jogging everyday of his past one month life, he was so strong and steady ignorantly I heard the thought of competing with him, in summary.. after 20 minutes I joined this young man on this jogging quest, I nearly stopped breathing, all my legs was actually shaking and I was trying to catch my breath and at the same time praying not to die, funny right? Yeah but that's true, why was it like that? Because I thought exercise is something you do without planning, trust me you will get tired easily if you don't take it easy with your quest to keeping fit, keeping is a steady, graduaI and consistent process, i hope my experience teaches someone out here something?
