I think his lack of wrestling against top wrestlers was made pretty apparent in that fight. Someone in some comments forum somewhere, don't remember where, suggested that the BMF belt can only be won by a finish. If it goes to the judges scorecards both guys lose and the belt is vacated. I'd like to see that happen.

I don't really fault Charles for doing what he does best. he gets paid more if he wins so there is no reason why he shouldn't do what it is that produces the best chance of that happening for him. I think his reputation was kind of hurt by this though rather than benefitted by it. I think retirement is likely coming soon for Max.
