The bitter taste of defeat
After a lucky win on week 1 and a complete landslide on week 2 (I was the highest-scoring team in that week), the Mighty Wolves had their first defeat of the season. To make things worse, it wasn't even close.
It was mostly my fault since I was away for the weekend and I completely neglected my team, which caused me to play with a no-show on my lineup and also I left some of my best players on the bench because I wasn't sure if they were going to play. They did and missed out on many points.
I don't know if I could have won it because the other guy did very well but the game would have been a lot closer had I taken proper care of my team.
Anyway, what's in the past is in the past so now all my focus is on the next match. It's going to be a really tough one as I'm playing the current league leader, who is undefeated so there is a very high chance I'm going to be 2-2 by the end of the next week but it's fantasy football so you never know when lady luck will smile on you.
I really need to watch Aaron Jones and Odell Beckham Jr. as they are currently listed as Questionable. I really wish Jones is able to play because without him I think I have no chance at all at this matchup.
I also need to decide between Kenny Golladay or Cordarrelle Patterson. I think Golladay is going to have a better game but he is also listed as Questionable so I'm benching him for now.
Any advice here? What do you think?
That's it for now and I'll let you know how things go next week!
