Hola amigos de hive hoy quiero compartir con ustedes cómo reparé este protector de corriente con ayuda de mi novio para la nevera de mi casa ya que ha habido muchas altas y bajas de tensión, cómo teníamos este protector viejo vimos que se podía recuperar así que nos pusimos manos a la obra.

Comenzamos abriendo el protector con destornillador de estría para acceder a la placa interna, ya abierto pudimos analizar la placa y saber el componente dañado, ya que no encendía ninguna luz características que tienen los protectores como es la luz roja significa bajo voltaje o alto voltaje, la amarilla significa ciclo de espera y la verde voltaje normal.
We started by opening the protector with a slotted screwdriver to access the internal board, once opened we could analyze the board and know the damaged component, as it did not light any characteristic light that the protectors have such as the red light means low voltage or high voltage, yellow means standby cycle and green means normal voltage.
Cuando se abrió lo primero que se hizo fue limpiar con una brocha toda la placa y después de eso se pudo ver el problema fácilmente ya que el estaño estaba agrietado y no estaba soldado a la placa, entonces busque el coutin que sirve para derretir el estaño que era lo que se necesita en el momento, se puso a calentar mientras se quitaba el estaño viejo para ponerle el nuevo.
When it was opened the first thing to do was to clean with a brush all the plate and after that you could see the problem easily because the tin was cracked and was not soldered to the plate, then look for the coutin that serves to melt the tin which was what was needed at the time, was put to heat while removing the old tin to put the new one.
Cuando esté caliente el coutin derretimos el estaño y lo pegamos a la placa para que haga contacto con el cobre que este tiene ya que al estar suelto no estaba haciendo el contacto suficiente para el funcionamiento del protector esto puede haber sido por alguna caído que sufrió el aparato.
When the coutin is hot we melt the tin and we stick it to the plate so that it makes contact with the copper that this one has since when being loose it was not making the sufficient contact for the operation of the protector this can have been for some fallen one that suffered the apparatus.
Ya con eso listo, lo probamos y nos ponemos a limpiar el cajetín y la placa con alcohol y ayuda de un cepillo pequeño hasta que se quite toda la suciedad así quedará como nuevo por adentro y por afuera.
With that ready, we test it and we start cleaning the case and the plate with alcohol and the help of a small brush until all the dirt is removed so it will be like new inside and out.
Lo probamos sin colocar completamente el cajetín cuando veamos que todo funciona perfectamente, colocamos todo en su lugar cerramos el cajetín y ya tendremos listo nuestro protector de corriente para utilizarse, eso sí cuando lo conectemos esperamos los 3 minutos correspondientes para que se pueda colocar en luz verde y así conectar nuestro electrodoméstico.
We test it without placing completely the box when we see that everything works perfectly, we place everything in its place we close the box and we will have our current protector ready to be used, that yes when we connect it we wait the 3 minutes corresponding so that it can be placed in green light and thus connect our appliance.
