Un saludo muy cordial para todos en esta oportunidad les voy a mostrar como realice el reemplazo de rolos del variador de una moto automática, ya que la función de esto rolos es darle un empuje al variador para que así desplace la correa generando más fuerza a la moto. Cuando tienen mucho desgaste no permite un bue desplazamiento restándole así fuerza a la moto.

When they have a lot of wear, it does not allow a good displacement, thus reducing the strength of the motorcycle

Lo primero que hice fue quitarle la tapa que cubre todo el conjunto piezas, variador correa y cochera, para esto utilice un dado número 8 para quitar tornillos.

The first thing I did was remove the cover that covers the whole set of parts, belt variator and garage, for this I used a number 8 socket to remove screws.

Esta moto utiliza 6 rolos, como podrán observar era necesario realizar en reemplazo ya presentaban bastante desgaste y la moto no tenía fuerza. Para colocarlo solo hay que sacarlo manualmente y colocarle los nuevos.

This bike uses 6 rollers, as you can see it was necessary to replace them, they already had a lot of wear and tear and the bike lacked strength. To place it, you just have to remove it manually and place the new ones.

Luego procedí armar nuevamente el variador ya con los rolos colocados, así mismo la correa y crochera.

Then I proceeded to reassemble the variator with the rollers already in place, as well as the belt and crochera.
