Saludos comunidad en esta ocasión les traigo una reparación del caucho trasero de mi moto eléctrica, sé que puede pensar que es algo sencillo solo colocar un parche y si en parte tienen razón, pero al ser una moto eléctrica el caucho trasero prácticamente es el motor de la moto y es muy diferente a una moto convencional a gasolina.
Greetings community, on this occasion I bring you a repair of the rear rubber of my electric motorcycle, I know that you may think that it is something simple to just place a patch and if they are partly right, but being an electric motorcycle the rear rubber is practically the motor of the motorcycle and it is very different from a conventional gasoline motorcycle.
Primero hay que extraer el caucho de la moto eso es sencillo se retiran las tapas de ambos lados y con una llave de cruz se aflojan los tornillos está moto trae una pequeña tuerca que sirve de guía para que quede recto el caucho. Luego de sacar esas piezas procedí a sacar el freno, el caucho de atrás tiene freno de bandas primero solté la guaya y de esta manera liberé el caucho.
First, you have to remove the rubber from the motorcycle, that's easy, remove the covers on both sides and loosen the screws with a cross wrench. This motorcycle has a small nut that serves as a guide so that the rubber is straight. After removing those pieces I proceeded to remove the brake, the rear rubber has a band brake, first I released the guaya and in this way, I released the rubber.

Muchos me decían que removiendo las tapas del motor debería de salir el Rin, pero eso es el motor está completamente sellado yo he pasado esa moto por agua cuando se inundan las calles por la lluvia y si quito esa tapa por más que intente sellar bien no quedará igual así que no me quise arriesgar. Lo que hice fue desarmar la maletera de la moto y buscar el conector del cable. Noté que tenía dos conectores uno con cables finos que estaban con un conector blanco y otro con cables gruesos conectados con tornillos a un cajetín, baja el switch de la corrige y procedí a desconectar los cables de esta manera pude retirar todo el caucho de la moto sin afectar nada.

Ahora se me presento otro problema y es que en la cauchera no querían repararlo porque decían que era algo delicado por ser el motor tuve que caminar a otra cauchera y si me lo recibió, marco el hueco y saco el caucho con dos palancas super sencillo y en la otra cauchera se complicaron tanto por algo tan sencillo.

I had to walk to another rubber shop and if they received it, they marked the hole and removed the rubber with two super simple levers In the other rubber plantation they got so complicated for something so simple.
Colocaron el parche normal como a cualquier caucho armaron de nuevo el caucho y listo, adicional a eso yo le compré un líquido anti espiché que se lo coloqué para proteger más el caucho y que si entra otra tuna sellé rápido y no tengo que volver a desarmar todo de nuevo.
They placed the normal patch like any rubber, they reassembled the rubber and that's it, in addition to that I bought an anti-spike liquid that I put on it to protect the rubber more, and if another prickly pear comes in I seal quickly and I don't have to disarm again all over again.
Sinceramente el procedimiento es muy sencillo si hubiera tenido un compresor de aire lo hago en mi casa todo, pero el caucho al no tener tripa es muy difícil llenarlo con la bomba de aire que yo tengo, es obligatorio hacerlo con presión. Espero este post les sirva de referencia a otras personas que tengan este tipo de moto y sepan cómo solucionar fácilmente esto y sepan también que el líquido anti espiché también es una buena solución sin la necesidad de desarmar todo. Nota luego de todo esto arme la moto todo en donde iba y funciona perfectamente no se descontrola nada solo hay que dejar todo como estaba importante desconectar la corriente de la moto antes de remover los cables y luego de armar todo volver a pasar la corriente.

Note after all this, I assembled the motorcycle where it was going and it works perfectly, nothing gets out of control, you just have to leave everything as it was, it is important to disconnect the power from the motorcycle before removing the cables and after assembling everything, turn the power back on.
Nota otra cosa que visualice es que mi moto trae 5 baterías cuando me la vendieron dijeron que eran 4 pero son 3 baterías altas y 2 bajas como de ups.
