Hello friends of this community, it is a pleasure for me to make my first post in this community, I had been trying to do this cleaning, just postponed it for a day that was super relax and that no one was at home, so I dedicated this weekend, I will tell you how was the process and what I discovered, not to be something rudimentary that many have at home, it was easy, this had very rare things hidden and that made me have a hard time.

Let's go by parts, the first thing I did was to disassemble the fan, I thought it was going to be something without problems, although I realized that it was a kind of mutant, I had pieces of different fans to get this as you see in the pictures, had some screws and adaptation that were not something normal, in a way it cost me to remove some of them, I did not know where I should start to remove parts.

After I had all its aesthetic part out, it was the moment of truth, to do the maintenance, since the few times I turned it on it was like stuck, then I had to turn it by hand so it could start (this is something that should not be done), doing that was shortening the life of the coil that had to be forced much more than normal, in order to make the rotor to start.

All disassembled, I set out to clean it with a wet piece of old cloth, as well as an unused toothbrush, to reach those difficult places, one of the covers was complicated, because it is intertwined with the cable that gives power to the motor, I had to be very careful not to make sudden movements and break some of the fragile copper hairs that come out of the coil.

In this step it took 2 days, the reason was that as it has many adaptations, one of them after I cleaned it did not allow me to close the entire engine, apart from the rotor, stuck in a place that should not, I got a little stressed and I preferred to leave it, today with more calm, I had to make a modification, oil all the necessary parts and ready, I closed everything very well with four screws.

At the time of testing, I was a little afraid that it would make a bad contact, and everything would make a short circuit, I celebrated when it turned on without problems (hahahahahaha), now I just had to put the parts that make it look nice, to finish with the exhaustive cleaning that I thought, it was going to be something fast.

I will leave several recommendations, the first (and saved my life) is to take many photos when we are doing any repair of any equipment, this is if we are experienced some cleaning, or given the case like mine that someone did things to make it work and it was a complete chaos, the other tip is to be tidy with the screws, I lasted a while looking for one, I did not remember where I had placed it.

Hola amigos de esta comunidad, es un placer para mí hacer mi primer post en esta comunidad, llevaba rato tratando de hacer esta limpieza, solo que lo posponía para un día que estuviera super relax y que no hubiera nadie en casa, así que me dedique este fin de semana, ya les contaré como fue el proceso y lo que descubrí, no por ser algo rudimentario que muchos tenemos en casa, fue fácil, este tenía cosas muy raras ocultas y que me hicieron pasar un mal rato.

Vamos por partes, lo primero que hice fue desarmar el ventilador, yo pensé que iba a ser algo sin problemas, aunque me percate de que era una especie de mutante, tenía piezas de diferentes ventiladores para lograr tener este así como lo ven en las fotos, tenía algunos tornillos y adaptación que no eran algo normal, de cierto modo me costó sacar algunos de ellos, no sabía por donde debía comenzar a quitar partes.

Luego que ya tenía todo su parte estética fuera, era la hora de la verdad, hacerle el mantenimiento debido, ya que de las pocas veces que lo encendía estaba como pegado, entonces me tocaba darle vuelta con la mano para que pudiera arrancar (esto es algo que no se debe sé hacer), hacer eso le iba acortando la vida a la bobina que tenía que forzarse mucho más de lo normal, para poder hacer el rotor se pusiera en marcha.

Todo desarmado, me dispuse a limpiarlo con un trozo húmedo de tela vieja, al igual que un cepillo de dientes sin usar, para llegar a esos lugares difíciles, a una de las tapas se me complico, porque está entrelazada con el cable que le da la energía al motor, tuve que tener mucho cuidado de no hacer movimientos bruscos y romper alguno de los frágiles pelos de cobre que salen de la bobina.

En este paso tarde 2 días, el motivo fue que como tiene muchas adaptaciones, una de ellas luego que lo limpie no me permitía cerrar todo el motor, aparte el rotor, pegada en un lugar que no debía, me estresé un poco y preferí dejarlo, hoy con más calma, me tocó hacer una modificación, aceitar todas las partes necesarias y listo, cerré todo muy bien con sus cuatro tornillos.

Al momento de probar, me daba un poco de miedo que hiciera algún mal contacto, y todo hiciera un corto circuito, celebre cuando encendió sin problemas (jajajajaja), ya solo me tocaba colocarle las piezas que lo hacen ver bonito, para culminar con la exhausta limpieza que pensé, que iba a ser algo rápido.

Les dejaré varias recomendaciones, la primera (y me salvo la vida) es tomar muchas fotos cuando estemos haciendo alguna reparación de algún equipo, esto es por si estamos experimentados alguna limpieza, o dado el caso como el mío que alguien hizo cosas para que funcionara y era un completo caos, el otro consejo es que sean ordenados con los tornillos, duré un rato buscando uno, no recordaba donde lo había colocado.
