Hoy les voy a hablar de algo que sucede mucho en algunos talleres cuando solo trabajan por el dinero sin pensar en el mal trabajo que están realizando, como por ejemplo si la rosca de un tornillo está sin rosca ósea aislada, me explico: por ejemplo usted está tratando de apretar un tornillo y ese tornillo nada que ajusta y eso sucede cuando la rosca está aislada.

Today I am going to talk about something that happens a lot in some workshops when they only work for the money without thinking about the bad work they are doing, such as if the thread of a screw is unthreaded or isolated, I explain: for example you are trying to tighten a screw and that screw does not fit and that happens when the thread is isolated.

No hace mucho un cliente me llevo un problema similar al que les estoy contando, el motor tenia un bote de aceite por el tapa válvulas y lo de sucedía es que todo los tornillos estaba con las rocas malas y para que ajustarlo le colocaron alambre de cobre en el orificio donde calza el tornillo para que medio pueda ajustar.

Not long ago a customer brought me a problem similar to the one I am telling you, the engine had an oil can by the valve cover and what happened is that all the screws were with the bad rocks and to adjust it they placed copper wire in the hole where the screw fits so that it can half adjust.

El cliente me pregunta que solución se le puede dar y lo le digo que hay que rectificar todos los orificios donde calzan los tornillos; y lo vamos hacer con macho rectificador de rosca con una media 5/16 rosca gruesa porque la original que trae la cámara es de 1/4 rosca fina pero como ya está aislada hay que rectificar con otra medida. Poco a poco y con mucho cuidado fui rectificando las roscas de las puntas con el macho 5/16 rosca gruesa.

The customer asks me what solution can be given and I tell him that all the holes where the screws fit must be rectified; and we are going to do it with a thread rectifier tap with a half 5/16 coarse thread because the original one that brings the camera is 1/4 fine thread but as it is already isolated it is necessary to rectify with another measure. Little by little and very carefully I was rectifying the threads of the tips with the 5/16 coarse thread tap.
