Hello! How are you friends of this great community, we are once again active with one of the recent projects I have done!
Gracias a un amigo mecanico que tuvo la amabilidad de invitarme a su taller para ayudarlo con la restauración de esta Nissan! La cual se le hizo un overhaul algo sencillo. Ya que el trabajo fue realizado con un compañero y el trabajo fue más sencillo y cuando llegaba al taller estaba muy adelantado.
Thanks to a mechanic friend who was kind enough to invite me to his shop to help him with the restoration of this Nissan! Which was made a somewhat simple overhaul. Since the work was done with a partner and the work was easier and when I arrived at the workshop was well advanced.
Este trabajo se realizaron cambios de anillo y limpieza general del motor y limpieza a la caja se desarmaron las piezas y se mandaron a la rectificadora para que les hicieran un buen lavado químico y rectificación de los cilindros. Mientras esperábamos la culata y el block decidimos armar los pistones ya que en el desarmado. No estuve presente en ese momento y como la mayoría de las piezas eran nuevas y las que habían eran nuevas y eso ayudó mucho a realizar un trabajo rápido y limpio de principio a fin.
This work was done by changing the rings and general cleaning of the engine and cleaning the box, the parts were disassembled and sent to the rectifier for a good chemical wash and rectification of the cylinders. While we were waiting for the cylinder head and the block we decided to assemble the pistons since in the disassembly. I was not present at that time and since most of the parts were new and the ones that were there were new and that helped a lot to do a quick and clean job from start to finish.
Ya con todas las piezas bien limpias y recién llegadas de la rectificadora comenzamos con el armado el resultado fue bastante satisfactorio ya que quedó bastante bien y cumpliendo todos los parámetros establecidos por nosotros ya que nos dedicamos de principio a fin por este trabajo
With all the parts clean and fresh from the grinding machine, we started with the assembly, the result was quite satisfactory as it was quite good and met all the parameters established by us since we were dedicated from start to finish for this work.
