Comenzando a montar y apretar tornillos

Happy afternoon to my dear #HiveMotors family. Y a sus participantes
Today I'm going to explain and show you the Rolinera that was changed
The end of the Chery X-1 Rolinera change
Don't we ask the question, how can we know that the roll cage needs to be changed?
¿ Por qué hay que cambiarla ?
In the case of Chery X-1 van.
It is a snoring noise that was heard at high speed from 60 to 70 km/h. It is advisable to change it as soon as you hear it. It is advisable to change it, as soon as you hear the snoring, because if you keep moving it and working the wheel well, it will overheat. This is what is known as a body expanding at high temperature. It expands, it increases in size and this causes the rollers to get deaf in the waiter and then to remove it you have to use a blowtorch with candle, so that it heats up again and when it is hot you put the press in to be able to remove it. It is very important to keep this in mind, because this happens with all cars.
This is the rollers that were replaced 👇
This is the new roll cage that will be fitted 👇
Here the blue circle is marked with the old rolinera
Now check that the roller bearings are well nourished and greased
Beginning to assemble and tighten bolts
The bolts on the top of the shock absorber are mounted and the other one on the bottom. We use the rubber hammer to drive it in without damaging the head of the bolts.
Here you start tightening the 18-head bolts, the 17-head nut and helping with a rache and its extension.
Now the roll cage has been replaced. The jacks and the donkey have been removed. Now ready for my husband to get up
After changing the roll cage, did the noise go away?
Yes, the noise went away. My son-in-law travels every day from Los Teques to La Guaira.
It has been corroborated that it was fine and the noise was removed 👍 👋.
