Hola amigos, bienvenidos a mi blog, en esta ocasión les enseñaré como hacer el mantenimiento y lubricación de bujes de un ventilador.

Hello friends, welcome to my blog, this time I will teach you how to do maintenance and lubrication of fan bushings.

Lo primero que debe hacer es desmontar todo el ventilador.

The first thing to do is disassemble the entire fan.

Primero retiramos la rejilla froltal, luego la taraba, sacamos los tornillos de la rejilla inferior y luego la retiramos.

First we remove the froltal rack, then tare it, remove the screws from the lower rack, and then remove it.

Las herramientas que podemos utilizar para este trabajo son alicates, destornilladores, de paleta y de estria, penetrante, pañito y brocha.

The tools that we can use for this work are pliers, screwdrivers, paddle and grooved, penetrating, cloth and brush.

Luego de haber quitado las partes antes mencionadas, procedemos a quitar el forro que recubre la bobina donde se ubican los bujes.

After having removed the aforementioned parts, we proceed to remove the lining that covers the coil where the bushings are located.

Cuando encontramos los bujes, los limpiamos con un paño quitando la suciedad que tienen con la ayuda de un destornillador que envolvemos en el paño para poder acceder al buje inferior del motor del ventilador.

When we find the bushings, we clean them with a cloth, removing the dirt they have with the help of a screwdriver that we wrap in the cloth to be able to access the lower bushing of the fan motor.

Luego engrasamos los bujes aplicando el penetrante para lubricarlo, limpiamos el eje y volvemos a aplicar el penetrante para aceitar. Volvemos a montarlo apretando muy bien los tornillos para que el ventilador no tenga vibraciones.

Then we grease the bushings applying the penetrant to lubricate it, we clean the shaft and reapply the penetrant to oil. We reassemble it by tightening the screws very well so that the fan does not have vibrations.

Luego con la brocha limpiamos todas las partes del ventilador y procedemos a montarlo nuevamente.

Then with the brush we clean all the parts of the fan and proceed to reassemble it.

Comenzando por la rejilla interior, luego coloque la tapa que cubre el motor del ventilador y ajuste el tornillo giratorio.

Starting with the inner grill, then attach the cover that covers the fan motor and tighten the rotary screw.

Luego procedemos a colocar la taraba la cual tiene un tornillo, que es el pasador para que no se salga la taraba, ya que la parte donde va ensamblada tiene una caída que no lo permite.

Then we proceed to place the tare which has a screw, which is the pin so that the tare does not come off, since the part where it is assembled has a fall that does not allow it.

Para terminar ponemos la rejilla frontal y lo conectamos a la electricidad para probar cómo funciona y si no le quedo alguna vibración.

To finish we put the front grill and connect it to electricity to test how it works and if there is no vibration left.
