Saludos amigos de Hive account@hivemotors espero que todos se encuentren bien, hoy deseo compartirles la limpieza del cuerpo de aceleración que le hice a mi matiz 2001, no soy tan experto en la materia, pero debido al alto costo de la mano de obra, me he visto en la necesidad de aprender, cuando he tenido dudas pregunto a un amigo mecánico o busco información en internet, lo cierto de todo esto es que a medida que he ido desarmando y armando partes de mi vehículo me he ido familiarizando con él, recuerdo que hace tres años compartí por aquí, mi primera reparación, fue un cambio de bomba de gasolina, de ese día a este, ha sido un proceso formativo, tanto que me siento preparado para enfrentar reparaciones con otros vehículos, para así adquirir más conocimientos, esto no me atrevía a decirlo nunca, ya que le tenía miedo a la mecánica.

I am not an expert on the subject, but due to the high cost of labor, I have had to learn. When I have questions, I ask a mechanic friend or look for information on the internet. The truth is that as I've been taking apart and putting together parts of my vehicle, I've become more familiar with it. I remember that three years ago I shared my first repair here. It was a fuel pump replacement. From that day to this, it has been a learning process, so much so that I feel prepared to tackle repairs on other vehicles in order to gain more knowledge. I never dared to say this before, as I was afraid of mechanics.

En este tiempo he aprendido que a pesar de la edad podemos seguir adquiriendo conocimientos,. Para realizar la limpieza del cuerpo de aceleración, lo primero que desarme fueron los filtros de aire, luego baje la flauta y los inyectores, después desconecte la válvula de aceleración, también le llaman mariposa, esta es la parte central de todo el cuerpo de aceleración, el cual es el pulmón del vehículo, como la mayoría sabe, los vehículos funcionan con gasolina y regulación del aire, esta pieza suele ensuciarse y causarnos falla en el funcionamiento del motor, una simple limpieza con tinner, nos ahorra muchos dolores de cabeza, también baje el múltiple, fue un poquito complicado, ya que los tornillos que lleva están ocultos entre tantas piezas estrechas que tiene este motor o dicho de otra manera mis manos son gruesas y cuesta que llegue a esos lugares donde esta cada tornillo.

To clean the throttle body, the first thing I took apart were the air filters, then I removed the flute and the injectors, and then I disconnected the throttle valve, also called the butterfly valve. This is the central part of the entire throttle body, which is the lung of the vehicle. As most people know, vehicles run on gasoline and air regulation. This part tends to get dirty and cause the engine to malfunction. A simple cleaning with thinner saves us a lot of headaches. I also removed the manifold, which was a little complicated because the screws are hidden among so many narrow parts in this engine. In other words, my hands are thick, and it's hard for me to reach those places where each screw is located.

Luego de haber limpiado todas las piezas con tinner y dejarlas lo más limpias posibles, con un trapito y una brocha, procedí a armar de nuevo. Todo quedo bien realizado, ya yo previamente había limpiado las válvula TPS y la IAC y se le había realizado mantenimiento a los inyectores, esto es muy importante para que todo el cuerpo de aceleración quede en óptimas condiciones.

After cleaning all the parts with thinner and leaving them as clean as possible, using a cloth and a brush, I proceeded to reassemble everything. Everything was fine, as I had previously cleaned the TPS and IAC valves and performed maintenance on the injectors, which is very important to ensure that the entire throttle body is in optimal condition.
