Bueno mis amigos hoy les traigo un post donde me digo que para todo en la vida debemos dar ese paso que nos ayudará a crecer cada día en conocimiento, y se trata de la reparación o mantenimiento de la lavadora de mi apreciaciada suegra, es que desde hace unos meses me comentó que estaba presentando unas fallas que comenzaron con unos ruidos hasta que esté se hizo más fuerte llegando a perder la fuerza cundo lavaba, y en este punto, pues me dije, pues vamos a chequear y mirar que podría ser el problema que de primera mano pensé que podría ser el motor, debido que ya tiene sus añitos.

Well my friends today I bring you a post where I say that for everything in life we must take that step that will help us grow every day in knowledge, and it is the repair or maintenance of the washing machine of my dear mother in law, is that for a few months ago she told me that it was presenting some failures that began with some noises until it became stronger coming to lose power when washing, and at this point, I said to myself, well let's check and see what could be the problem that at first hand I thought it could be the engine, because it already has its years.

Está lavadora es pequeña de doble tina, dónde lava y exprime, de la marca Haier inmediatamente con mi hijo ayudándome la sacamos para destaparla y poder lograr dar con lo que estaba provocando el problema, y es aquí donde les expreso que no soy técnico en el área pero lo bonito de la vida es que cada día tenemos la dicha de aprender cosas nuevas. Lo primero que hice era revisar que destornillador debía usar para comenzar a destaparla, y aquí utilice un destornillador de estría, al retirar todos los tornillos que en total fueron seis, intenté retirar el plástico pero me percate que primero debía desmontar la guaya de la tapa del exprimidor cómo también retirar la manguera del desagüe.

Al hacer esto y mirar el entorno del motor, procedí a quitar la correa que une al motor con la transmisión, y así iba paso a paso desarmando. Debido a que no contaba a mano con las herramientas acordes me costó un poco el retirar el tornillo el que sujeta el eje que une el aspa de la lavadora con la transmisión, en este paso me tarde bastante diría yo, porque el espacio era muy reducido, debido que no podía separar los plástico porque los unía este tornillo y la llave era muy grande como podrán ver en la imagen. Con mucha paciencia logré sacar el tornillo y de esta manera separar el plástico junto con el motor de la lavadora.

After doing this and looking around the engine, I proceeded to remove the belt that connects the engine with the transmission, and so I was disassembling step by step. With a lot of patience I managed to remove the screw and in this way separate the plastic together with the motor of the washing machine.

Al tener la vista más despejada comencé a mirar las piezas ya que hasta este punto no sabía cuál podría ser el problema que presentaba la lavadora, pero previo a esto investigué un poco y pude tener presente que algo que puede dañarse por los años era la transmisión y al observarla se veía muy oxidada, por lo que procedí a destornillarla, solo la sujetaba cuatro tornillos. Al tenerla en mis manos pude notar que estaba muy dura cuando intentaba darle vueltas, y para los que me leen está pieza junto al motor es la vida de la lavadora, es decir que es indispensable para que funcione correctamente.

Al tener la causa del problema detectado, no tenía de otra que comprar un transmisión nueva, ya que al darle vuelta hacia un ruido fuerte como si tuviera como viruta de hierro. Como no tenía cerca una tienda en dónde vivo para comprarla, le exprese a mi suegra que al otro día iría a la ciudad a comprarle está pieza, y así hice, un punto importante es que si les toca hacerlo en sus casas sepan que las transmisiones no son iguales por su punta de hierro, que pueden tener la forma de cuadrante o de estrella. En mi caso era de estrella y cuando fui a comprarla me salió en siete dólares, yo creía que me iba a salir más cara, menos mal no fue así.

Amigos al llegar a casa, un poco cansado por cierto jeje, procedí a poner manos a la obra y comencé a colocar la transmisión en su lugar, con mucha calma volví a colocar cada tornillo es su lugar para apretar la bien la pieza, ya que si quedase floja se dañaría rápidamente y seria más dinero, cosa que está fuerte ahora conseguir, y en este punto realice las cosas a la inversa dónde en lo personal lo más complicado resultó fue el colocar el tornillo que une el eje de la tina por lo pequeño espacio que queda, cuando uno el plástico de abajo con el resto de la lavadora, por lo demás de manera sencilla coloque de nuevo la manguera del desagüe y la guaya que funciona para detener el exprimidor cuando se abre la tapa y por último la correa que une el motor con la transmisión.

Bueno mis amigos me siento muy complacido por el trabajo que pude hacer, ya que al probar la lavadora efectivamente la transmisión era la causa de los problemas, y la lavadora al encenderla no quedo con ningún ruido, lo que me alegra muchísimo que mi suegra quedará muy contenta, algo que también realice es colocarle aceite en algunas piezas como los ejes. De esta manera comprobé que no hay límites cuando una persona tiene la disposición de aprender cosas nuevas en la vida.
