How are you all enjoy your weekend? I hope is amazing. Today i am sharing with you guys the forming of mini bus center seat from the skeleton (iron) to the finish work and this is amazing process that you need to see.
This very work i did it for my father, he just get a new mini bus and i am to construct a new cent seat for Him. Actually the bus comes with two line seat ie the front that the back with a big space at the back. Here in my State if you get a car like that, you have to adjust the middle seat backward so that another seat can be constructed at the center. Actually the car will be used for commercial transportation so that the can carry many people at the time at once (3 back, 3 middle and one in front)
During this process, i have to give the skeleton part the welder to construct for me so that i can foam it and cover it.
During the time the welder was constructing the seat i have to monitor him si that He can deliver it to me as fast as possible and glory be to God it was successful but something bad happened to me that i have never experience in my life before.
At night when i was sleeping my eye pains to the extend i cry, this is because the welding light enter my eye. I was thinking i will not discover my sight again but i thank God i can still see.
I bought full length of angel bar, he then bend it to the measurements needed. We use 33cm by 12cm for the long seat and 12cm by 12cm for the attachments.
After getting the bending of the seat, he the proceeds to welt it together very carefully and making sure it is straight.
The next thing was to connect the back rest and also the attached.
The skeleton part of the seat is ready so is now left for me.
I then when to mark and buy foam and new leather i am using to cover the seat.
After getting all the materials available, i then foam the seat.
After foaming it, i then sew a new seat cover and the cover the seat and here is the out come of it.
Hope this look nice. The challenge i face during this process is that foam was to cost and i did not have enough money to get enough foam to reach the work very well so i have to manage it and even has that it is very ok, but I wanted making it standard since it belong to my father.
