Hola amigos, deseo que estén bien, que Dios les de mucha sabiduría para poder resolver cualquier problema que se le presente a su Auto, o a los equipos de su casa, porque es importante que nosotros mismos reparemos nuestras cosas, ya que esto representa un ahorro, por lo menos, yo siempre intento reparar las fallas en el Auto y en los equipos electrodomésticos de mi casa, a veces se me presentan situaciones un poco complicadas, por la falta de experiencia, pero en esos casos, trato de consultar con mis amigos o por Internet, porque me gusta estar seguro de lo que voy a reparar.
Cambiando los rodamientos del ventilador de la Unidad condensadora de mi Aire acondicionado
Si amigos, desde hace dos Días, estaba escuchando algo extraño en la parte exterior del mi apartamento, por el lado de la unidad condensadora del Aire acondicionado, era un sonido leve e intermitente, algo similar al de un grillo, que desaparecía por un buen rato, en realidad, lo escuchaba mas que todo de noche, como en esa parte muchos vecinos tienen sus AC, no podía descifrar de donde provenía el ruido, pero ayer en horas del mediodía, cuando estaba llegando al apartamento, pude escuchar el ruido con más claridad e intensidad y justamente salia de la unidad condensadora de mi aire acondicionado. este es un Equipo de 30.000 btu tipo Split, el cual se encarga de enfriar todo el área de la sala, pasillos y la cocina del apartamento, en verdad, no tenia dudas de que eran los rodamientos del motor del ventilador, les cuento, que estos rodamiento se los cambié a este equipo en el mes de abril del año pasado, es decir, que habían durado bastante, prácticamente casi un año, así que me tocó sustituirlos, lo bueno es que estos rodamientos, no son tan costosos, el numero de estos rodamientos es 6201 y valen 3 dolares cada uno.
Reemplazando los rodamientos:
Bueno amigos, este aire acondicionado lo compré hace 18 años, y hasta ahora, yo he sido quien ha cambiado esos rodamientos, a veces estas piezas duran muchos meses, incluso, más de un año, pero a veces me ha tocado cambiarlos en apenas 4 meses, todo depende de la calidad del rodamiento, aunque actualmente existen muchas imitaciones de las marcas reconocidas, las cuales se dañan rápido, por esta razón hay que estar pendiente de esto para que no nos engañen.
Sobre el proceso del reemplazo de estos rodamientos, les puedo decir, que es un trabajo fácil, lo complicado e incomodo, es retirar el ventilador de la unidad condensadora, ya que vivo en el tercer piso y el trabajo lo tengo que hacer a través de una pequeña ventana, donde tengo que sacar el ventilador por la parte frontal de la unidad condensadora, aquí tengo que tener mucho cuidado, porque si el ventilador se me suelta de la mano, cae al suelo y rompe en pedazos, porque, como les decía, vivo en el tercer piso a una altura de casi 9 metros, lo bueno es que ya tengo experiencia, ya que tengo varios años haciendo esto.

Bueno amigos, lo primero que tengo que hacer, es cortar la corriente que alimenta el aire acondicionado, para esto, voy a poner el breaker en la posición OFF:
Ahora voy a quitar la tapa superior de la Unidad condensadora y la rejilla frontal, este trabajo lo haré por una ventana:
- Lo siguiente será, desconectar los cables del motor, para proceder a retirar los tornillos que fijar el motor de la base, es importante marcar las posiciones de cada cable, en este caso yo los tengo marcados en el latón de la carcasa:
- Ahora voy a retirar los tornillos que fijan el motor de la base, una vez hecho esto, voy a proceder a sacar esta pieza, incluyendo el aspa, lo incomodo de este trabajo, es que tengo que sacar estas piezas por el frontal de la Unidad, lo que implica sostener con fuerza y con una sola mano esta pieza:
Desarmar el motor:
- El siguiente paso será, separar el aspa del motor, esto lo haré, simplemente retirando la turca que se enrosca en el eje del motor:
- Ahora voy a levantar las pestañas que unen las dos tapas del motor, también quitaré el aro de reten, esto lo haré con un alicate y un destornillador:
- Con el uso de dos destornilladores voy a separar las dos tapas, aquí no hace falta marcar las dos tapas porque el hueco por donde sale el del cable va hacia abajo, el cual va a coincidir con el orificio del drenaje de la otra tapa:

Miren los rodamientos se ven sucios de grasa, creo que se les salió la grasa, cuando los giré sonaban y se sentían sin grasa, lo más seguro es hayan sufrido desgaste por lo tanto hay que sustituirlos por unos nuevos:
- Lo siguiente será, retirar los dos rodamientos, bueno amigos como en este momento no tengo un extractor, los voy a sacar con dos llaves, haciéndole fuerza hacia abajo:
- Después de retirar los rodamientos dañadas, ahora voy a colocar los nuevos, para colocar el rodamiento, que va en el eje largo voy a utilizar un tubo, procurando que el diámetro repose en el borde del cono, luego con mucho cuidado le damos unos golpes al tubo para que vaya entrando el rodamiento hasta la posición correcta, en cuanto al otro rodamiento, este lo voy a empujar con otro rodamiento el cual se lo voy a poner encima y luego con el martillo le voy a dar unos goles leves, lo rodamientos siempre hay que tratarlos con mucho cuidado para no estropearlos:

Doblando el gancho que unen las dos tapas y colocando el aro de reten:
- En el siguiente paso, voy a colocar el aspa en el eje del motor:
