1. Destornillador de estrías.

3. Juego de llaves combinadas de 8 a 14 mm.

4. Juego de dados de mando 1/4 de 8 a 14 mm.

5. Rachet de mando 1/4.

6. Extensión de ratchet mando 1/4.

7. Saca bujías.

8. Lija.

9. Silicon mega grey.

10. Empacadura de tapa válvulas Arauca 2013.

Paso a paso de como limpiar cuerpo de aceleración y como sacar inyectores para su debida limpieza

• Lo primero es retirar la batería del vehículo para trabajar con mayor facilidad y tener a la mano todas las herramientas.

• Lo segundo es retirar el filtro de aire y la manguera purificadora con un destornillador de estrías (en este caso tengo un filtro de aire universal de forma cónica).

• Lo tercero es usar el rachet, extensión y dado de 8 mm para retirar los tornillos que fijan el cuerpo de aceleración, también debemos retirar los conectores eléctricos.

• Luego de eso, sacamos los cables de las bujías y procuramos tenerlas enumeradas o saber el lugar de cada una de ellas.

• Sacamos las bujías de cada cilindro.

• Luego, desconectamos las mangueras del cuerpo de aceleración y el conector eléctrico que viene del riel de alta presión de combustible (flauta).

• Ahora, usaremos el rachet, la extensión y el dado de 8 mm para retirar todas las tuercas que fijan el múltiple de admisión en la parte delantera y en la parte trasera.

• Antes de retirar el múltiple de admisión, hay que recordar que el riel de alta presión de combustible (flauta) está fijado a él, por eso, tenemos que desconectar la manguera de alta presión de combustible del riel con ayuda de un destornillador de pala.

• Ahora si podemos retirar el múltiple de admisión del motor.

• Usamos el ratchet, extensión y dado de 10 mm para retirar todos los tornillos que fijan el tapa válvulas.

• Luego, con ayuda de un destornillador de pala, hacemos un poco palanca para retirar el tapa válvulas del motor.

• Ahora, con las mismas herramientas retiramos los tornillos que fijan la flauta del múltiple de admisión y luego retiramos cada uno de los 4 inyectores.

• Ahora hay que reemplazar la empacadura del tapa válvulas y retirar el silicon viejo para colocar silicón nuevo.

Mantenimiento

El mantenimiento del cuerpo de aceleración consta en retirar con un paño todo el sucio, la grasa y el polvo que hay en la válvula mariposa, para ello es importante mover la válvula mariposa con el pedal del acelerador para evitar que pierda su graduación.

El mantenimiento de los inyectores consta en llevar los inyectores para que le hagan una limpieza con ultra sonido, cambien microfiltros internos y reemplacen los sellos que tienen.

También es importante limpiar adecuadamente las bujías o reemplazarlas si es necesario.

Ya con este, podemos armar todo nuevamente, colocar cada manguera y conector en su lugar y colocar la batería para probar el vehículo.

The chery Arauca presents a combustion failure related to the lack of maintenance to the injectors (dirty injectors) and acceleration body, the failure consists of the lack of power of the vehicle, and poor combustion at the time of startup.

1. Slotted screwdriver.

Step by step on how to clean the throttle body and how to remove injectors for proper cleaning

• The first thing is to remove the battery from the vehicle to work more easily and have all the tools at hand.

• The second thing is to remove the air filter and the purifying hose with a slotted screwdriver (in this case I have a universal air filter with a conical shape).

• The third thing is to use the rachet, extension and 8 mm socket to remove the screws that fix the throttle body, we must also remove the electrical connectors.

• After that, we remove the wires from the spark plugs and try to have them numbered or know the place of each of them.

• We remove the spark plugs from each cylinder.

• Then, we disconnect the hoses from the throttle body and the electrical connector that comes from the high pressure fuel rail (flute).

• Now, we will use the ratchet, the extension and the 8 mm socket to remove all the nuts that fix the intake manifold at the front and at the rear.

• Before removing the intake manifold, remember that the fuel high pressure rail (flute) is attached to it, so we need to disconnect the fuel high pressure hose from the rail using a flathead screwdriver .

• Now if we can remove the engine intake manifold.

• We use the ratchet, extension and 10 mm socket to remove all the screws that fix the valve cover.

• Then, with the help of a blade screwdriver, we pry a little to remove the valve cover from the engine.

• Now, with the same tools we remove the screws that fix the intake manifold flute and then we remove each of the 4 injectors.

• Now you have to replace the valve cover gasket and remove the old silicone to place new silicone.

Maintenance

The maintenance of the throttle body consists of removing all the dirt, grease and dust from the throttle valve with a cloth, for this it is important to move the throttle valve with the accelerator pedal to prevent it from losing its graduation.

Injector maintenance consists of taking the injectors in for an ultrasonic cleaning, changing internal microfilters and replacing any seals they have.

It is also important to properly clean the spark plugs or replace them if necessary.

With this, we can put everything back together, put each hose and connector in place and place the battery to test the vehicle.
