Yesterday I was reminded about pebbles, about the Kindness Rocks community and about the word itself... what meaning did it have to me, how close pebbles lived to me - actually, I lived close to them - and why I haven't decorated any rocks already for a while!! That can be justified, of course, those who followed the few last posts of mine will know the reason, but maybe it is time to change things; to get myself a few new rocks again and transform them into kindness rocks.
I couldn't do it with the ones in the bowl above... You know what they are, don't you? 🍬 I took that photo this morning when I saw that there was an initiative with the theme of pebbles. It was a photo contest by but well, I will be maybe late for that thing and also I am not a good photographer. There are some rules you have to follow if you want to participate, and probably I would break a few. 😅 However, this made me active and gave me an impulse, that I should let some things off and start having a normal life again. But what is normal? 😂
Maybe to just sit on the couch and have a cup of tea or coffee, read something or watch the TV, maybe paint a rock or else. Probably that would be considered as a normal or a more relaxed way of running through the days. Maybe think about a new initiative for the upcoming holidays...? Hmm, why not?
So, here comes the following idea:
If you would paint a rock as a Christmas gift for your loved ones or friends, what would those pebbles look like? Would you choose a word to write on the rock and which word for each person? You don't have to be an artist to do this - all you need is a pencil, maybe some colours, and a bit of creativity.
If you like the idea you can post your Christmas Kindness Rocks in this community and maybe a tag would be good so I don't miss your post. I would also need to participate, as those few kindness rocks that came with me are still sleeping in one drawer. They need new sisters and brothers. :))
