Can they make it a reality 🌟⚽️🏟️🏆
France is a team that many predicted would make it deep into this World Cup. Morocco on the other hand was underestimated and has upset many teams on their way to this semi-finals matchup. Morocco is the first African nation to make it this far and France is looking to repeat as champions after winning it all in 2018. This is a recipe for passion on the pitch.
Morocco has conceded only one goal during this tournament so far. Morocco has been able to shut down many offenses, but is that even possible with a team with as much firepower as France? I almost feel like the only way to have a chance against the French is to score a lot of goals. Morocco has been able to score when needed, but they are more focused on being a defensive team rather than constantly on the attack.
Kylian Mbappé has moved into the spotlight and is now officially one of if not THE greatest players in the world right now. Many would argue that Erling Haaland is right up there with him, but I don't see Norway at this World Cup. Morocco has a lot of work ahead of them, but their passion may be able to drive them toward another prodigious win. Their hopes may still be up since France has yet to keep a clean sheet through the tournament so far. Time to find out how it all went down.
Let's recap another game from the knockout stage of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar...
France🇫🇷 vs Morocco🇲🇦
My Prediction: France
It didn't take long for my prediction of France's offense submitting Morocco's defense to come true. Morocco was trailing for the first time at this tournament just a few minutes into this game. France managed to infiltrate the box and after a few anxious seconds, eventually got a shot off which ended up being a goal. It was Theo Hernández in the 5th minute who was the first to add to the scoreboard.

Although France claimed the early lead, it was still competitive end to end. Both teams were striking the ball with force and causing concern for the defenses and goalkeepers. In the 44th minute, Morocco nearly did the craziest thing this World Cup has witnessed so far. The backup center back Jawad El Yamiq nearly scored off a powerful bicycle kick, but it was tipped by the keeper and reflected off the post.

Going into halftime, you could tell Morocco truly believed that they still had a chance. France knew this and assumed they'd almost certainly need to score more goals in the second half. Most of the second half was a bunch of chances for both teams that did not equal goals. That changed in the 79th minute when France's Randal Kolo Muani, who had just been subbed in less than a minute earlier, hammered home a killer blow to Morocco. Many thanks to Kylian Mbappé for making this goal possible.

That was the last of the goals for this match. This means that France got their first clean sheet of this World Cup and as a result, Morocco will play Croatia for third place. France will face Messi and Argentina in the finals. You really cannot ask for a better matchup than these two teams.
Result: 2-0 in favor of France
Pour la France 🗼
The French have been living well in the soccer world here lately. In Paris, you have PSG playing with Mbappé, Neymar, and Messi + France was the winner of the 2018 World Cup in Russia. On top of that, France is now headed to the finals once again and looks to repeat as champs. Things couldn't get much better for their nation in terms of sporting events.
This year is a bit different than four years prior. It won't be Croatia that France faces, but instead, it will be mighty Argentina which is led by Lionel Messi. Many hope that Messi will win his first World Cup, but I can bet that the entirety of France hopes for the opposite outcome.
