Rewards are staked and need to be unstaked for distribution. I will simply deactivate the account because it makes no sense any more. Vyb is active but also has the rewards staked and need to be unstaked regularly. Apparently this was barely done before. I will start a new powerdown, then rewards will go out once a week. It doesn't really work differently.

So those tribes with staked rewards are impractical as curation accounts and we should probably stop them all.

And Meme is an odd case. I need to investigate your share. Could be RC issues or your delegation is below the threshold, so percentage cannot be properly calculated and result in 0.00X%, which is depricated from payouts.
