It has been quite an interesting month since I got myself back into the HIVE/STEEM blockchain. After the Crypto crash about 4 years ago I gave up on it and proceded to get back to my real daily life. An old online friend came back into my life and let me know that my old Steem Account forked to HIVE and I probably had some HIVE assets waiting for me there.
Well I had knee surgery and some free time on my hands so I dove in to check it out.
Well, what can I say from there. I discovered a full ecosystem that revolved around some of my favorite things. Crypto, Music, Games, and Community!
The One Up and CARTEL communities welcomed me in with open arms. Found many new brothers and sisters to chat with and learn from. Now I hope to return the love by sharing my knowledge and skills with them and the rest of HIVE.
Music has been my passion and successful side hustle for the last decade as I ran IndieBandGuru.com. A music review blog that evolved into a full featured Indie PR and Artist Development company.
The burgeoning music community on HIVE truly excites me.
#MusicForLife is a new project that seems to be collecting a crew of hard working and talented musicians.
#RisingStar is an amazing game that helps both musicians and music lovers see how it is to grind for a successful music career.
#Splinterlands is a whole other animal. I was introduced to it from a pal and have not turned back. Been playing every day and in fact every free 5 minutes I can find. The addiction is real.
I didn't want to go too long on this post so I will end it here. But my excitement is REAL and you will be seeing the #IndieBandGuru around quite regularly.
(I will proabably make mistakes along the way but all constructive criticism is very welcome as I become a part of the HIVE)
PS. My name is Keith and this is what I look like. No need to hide behind a computer screen.
