Greetings Hivernfts, today I bring you the final report of the return on investment in Hashkings. If you already follow me you will know that a month ago I made an investment, if you don't follow me what are you waiting for, I encourage you to do so, I will serve you with passion.
At the beginning of January, if I am not mistaken on January 2nd, I made an investment of 13000 BUDS in seed purchase in NFTMart and 6.5 HIVE for renting land in Afghanistan and South America within the game in the RENT section. The investment was about $20 round.

The advantage of owning your own land is not to depend on rental prices that often skyrocket making the profitability is null, plus they are revalued over time as happens in real life. The purchase of this land in Mexico was about 8$ and a week later it was at about 20$, I did not sell it because I am interested in having more land. At the moment I am writing the price of land in Mexico is 16$.
At this moment I have 21976 BUDS that if I sell them at the cheapest price I would be receiving 10.99 HIVE which would be about 13.50$. I also bought pure spring water for my crops, 70000 with a current value of 1.24 HIVE which would be about 1.52$. I almost forgot to mention that I bought from 
I also have a lot of seeds of those acquired at the beginning of January. If we take into account the current value selling at the cheapest price in the market, it would be about 12$.
ROI and Profit for 1 month
Very well, then, did I really recover my investment in one month, did I get a profit in addition to the ROI, we must take into account that what I was generating I reinvested but I could have simply taken my money for other things. The total of what I got in dollars was $45.58 adjusting to the cheapest price in the market, if I counted the price of the seeds in HIVE and not in BUDS, I would be over $70, my ROI was 15 days and the profit up to this moment is $25.28, which (I repeat) I decided to reinvest.
Despite the fluctuations of the different tokens the MOTA, BUDS or HKWATER, there is always a way to make a profit in Hashkings. This without counting the avatars that I send daily to the Raids, which although they give me very few BUDS over a month is an amount that serves to acquire some seeds or water for my plantations.

Saludos Hivernfts, hoy les traigo el reporte final del retorno de inversión en Hashkings. Si ya me siguen sabrán que hace un mes hice una inversión, sino me siguen ¿qué esperan? les animo a que lo hagan, les serviré con pasión.
A principios del mes de enero, si no me equivoco el 02 de enero, realicé una inversión de 13000 BUDS en compra de semillas en NFTMart y 6.5 HIVE para el alquiler de tierras de Afghanistan y Suramerica dentro del juego en el apartado RENT. La inversión fue de unos 20$ en redondo.
A mitad de mes el colega
La ventaja de tener una tierra propia esta en no depender de los precios de alquiler que muchas veces se disparan haciendo que la rentabilidad sea nula, además que se revalorizan con el tiempo como sucede en la vida real. La compra de esta tierra de México fueron unos 8$ y una semana después estuvo en unos 20$, yo no la vendí porque me interesa tener mas tierras. Para el momento que estoy escribiendo el precio de una tierra de México es de 16$.
En este momento cuento con 21976 BUDS que si los vendo al precio más económico estaría recibiendo 10.99 HIVE lo que serían unos 13.50$. También compré agua pura de manantial para mis siembras, 70000 con una valor actual de 1.24 HIVE que serían unos 1.52$. Casi me olvido de mencionar que le compré a
Además cuento con muchas semillas de las adquiridas en principio de enero. Si le sacamos cuentas en valor actual vendiendo al precio más económico en el mercado serían unos 12$.
ROI y Ganancia de 1 mes
Muy bien, entonces ¿recuperé realmente mi inversión en un mes? ¿pude obtener utilidad además del ROI?, debemos tener en cuenta que lo que estuve generando lo reinvertí pero bien pude simplemente sacar mi dinero para otras cosas. El total de lo conseguido en dólares fue de 45.58$ ajustando al precio más económico del market, si contara el precio de las semillas en HIVE y no en BUDS, estaría pasando los 70$, mi ROI fue de 15 días y la utilidad hasta este momento es de 25.28$, los cuales (repito) decidí reinvertirlos.
A pesar de las fluctuaciones de los diferentes tokens la MOTA, BUDS o HKWATER, siempre existe la manera de sacar rentabilidad en Hashkings. Esto sin contar con los avatares que mando a diario a las Raids, que aunque me dan muy pocos BUDS a lo largo de un mes es un monto que sirve para adquirir algunas semillas o agua para mis plantaciones.

Hablemos de las últimas actualizaciones en Hashkings; ya les había mencionado que ahora podemos enviar a todos nuestros avatar con un solo click a la raid diaria (dos click para ser exactos), ahora el equipo de desarrollo esta trabajando para que podamos sembrar, regar o cosechar de forma múltiple y de esta manera nos ahorraríamos el tiempo y lo tedioso que sería si contáramos con muchísimas tierras.
