If we talk scientifically, then what are emotions after all? If I tell you on the basis of my knowledge, whenever any thoughts come in our mind, our body releases a chemical, this chemical is called harmones and this varies according to different types of thoughts. Due to this chemical, that feeling arises in our body, for example, if we are angry then a different chemical is released at that time, we talk to someone with love or someone talks to us with love at that time a different chemical is released in our body, whenever we experience any pleasure, then at that time a different chemical is released in our body, so somewhere these things are connected with the thoughts of our mind.

If we talk about our daily routine, then we experience many types of feelings in a day. Different types of hormones are released in our body according to different experiences. These hormones are such hormones that make us feel very good, these hormones work in a way like cigarette tobacco or addiction to drugs, we can also get addicted to these hormones, for example when we do any work by which we feel pleasure, then there in such condition our body releases a hormone called dopamine in our body due to which we feel that pleasure,then our body thinks of releasing that hormone again and again because it makes us feel good. We run towards the same work from which we feel pleasure or that type of feeling comes to us, for example, you look at school children, there are many children whose mind is more in other activities except in studies,Like playing video games, traveling etc.. some students do this because they feel pleasure doing this work and they want to experience this again and again, in such a situation, if your mind is not strong, then you will get addicted to this hormone. It may also happen due to which you may diverted from your path.
In this way, it is very important here that our control should be in hormones, because if there is no control in hormones and its addiction increases, then it can be harmful for us. For this, you should have an understanding of what is right for you and What's wrong, because if you bring that thought again and again in your mind, then you will become addicted to that hormone, then your mind will not be in your control and will always distract you from your goal, so it is very important to have control over your mind.
To get complete control over your mind, it is very important to train your mind that it should focus on the right thing, for this the best thing is meditation, if you meditate daily then you have control over your mind and It also prevents you from deviating from your goal. You just need to meditate with the right discipline and this discipline comes slowly if there is proper regularity inside you.In some time it will turn into your habit.
