Our body doesn't hope but our souls do. All hopes comes from the soul towards our expectations on things not seen. Biblicaly, the Holy Spirit convince us through our spirit of the hope we have on God.
Every wise man will separate the bad seeds from the good onces before planting, having the good seeds in a different container gives you hope of germination, sustainable growth and large harvest. Hope comes when you believe what your spirit agree with.
